RUPEES was founded in 2013 by former bank executive Kwame Boateng who recognized a critical gap in Ghana's financial ecosystem. After witnessing countless hardworking Ghanaians struggle to navigate the complex world of personal finance, Kwame assembled a team of finance professionals committed to democratizing investment knowledge.
What began as a series of weekend workshops in community centers across Accra quickly evolved into Ghana's premier financial education platform for beginners. By 2015, we had established our headquarters on Kanda Highway and expanded our services to include personalized investment coaching, mobile banking tutorials, and financial literacy programs tailored specifically for Ghana's economic landscape.
In 2018, RUPEES partnered with several leading banks in Ghana to create accessible entry points for first-time investors. This collaboration allowed us to develop practical, hands-on programs that bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Today, we proudly serve thousands of Ghanaians each year, guiding them through their first steps in the investment world with confidence and clarity.
